Dose checks that stop a serious error
Every line is checked before it can be saved, by the same engine on the phone, the browser and the server. A red stops the save until you type a reason, and the reason is stored on the line: over the child's maximum per dose or per day, under the drug's age or weight limit, a documented allergy — matched through the brand or the whole class — or a drug the diagnosis says to avoid.

The family decides what the desk may see.
Sign off the clinical content
Every clinical rule in the app ships marked not clinician-reviewed, and a paediatrician can change that from inside the product: read the dose entries, the duration prompts, the imaging catalogue and the dose-check rules, and sign them off. The signature is bound to the exact words that were read — change them and the item quietly returns to unreviewed, so nobody's name is left standing over text they never saw.

Pick a medicine and the dose, frequency and course quantity are calculated from the weight recorded for the child today, with the mg worked out from what you actually typed: millilitres or tablets, times the strength of the pack you chose.
